SSM Health Adds International Nurses with PRS Global to Combat Nursing Shortage

SSM Health is a Catholic nonprofit health system that serves states across the Midwest. They operate 23 hospitals and more than 650 physician offices and other outpatient care facilities.  

The organization is made up of 40,000 team members and more than 13,000 providers, making them one of the largest fully integrated health care delivery systems in the nation.  

While looking to keep their focus on delivering an exceptional experience to those they serve, SSM Health partnered with PRS Global to overcome the nursing shortage challenge facing the healthcare industry.

The nursing shortage is not new news to any healthcare provider. For SSM Health to continue their mission of providing quality care to their patients, they knew they needed to look into another approach when it came to their recruitment and retention strategy.  

 

Recognizing the need for additional sources of nursing talent, SSM Health looked to PRS Global to help recruit qualified nurses from around the world.
